University professor; medical director at a university hospital until 2016. Clinical trial experience since 1986. Holder of the certificates for investigator, principal investigator and coordinating investigator; runs his own clinical trial site. 2017/2018 chairman of a public ethics committee. Medical device development since 1988, 70 patents. Since 1996 more than 1,500 consultations/appraisals/evaluations for more than 500 clients in Germany, Switzerland, France and the USA.

Senior Associate Operations
Degrees in economics and business administration from LMU Munich. Several years of professional experience as research associate at the Chair of Health Economics, University of Hohenheim, focusing on the digitalisation of medicine.

Senior Associate Clinical Trial Management
Degree in health management with a focus on the digitalisation of medicine. Many years of professional experience at a German university hospital focusing on clinical trial management. IHK-certified clinical trial manager.
Dr. jur. M. Bozic, LL.M.
Associate Regulatory Affairs and QM
Staff unit for law, compliance and QM. Previously project officer at the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and officer of the ethics committee of a German university hospital — engaged for years with ethical and legal aspects of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
